Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies (if using) and saut\u00e9 for a minute until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add thinly sliced onions and saut\u00e9 until they turn translucent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Throw in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrots, and thinly sliced cabbage. Stir-fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes until they start to soften but still have a bit of crunch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add the chapati strips to the pan. Toss everything together until the chapati strips are coated with the oil and mixed well with the vegetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Pour this sauce mixture over the chapati noodles in the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Give everything a good mix to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the chapati noodles have absorbed the flavors of the sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from heat and transfer the chapati noodles to a serving dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired, and serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy your homemade chapati noodles as a quick and delicious meal or snack!
