Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Heat the Oil:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In a large pan or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Temper the Spices:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Add the mustard seeds to the hot oil. Once they start to splutter, add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Saut\u00e9 Aromatics:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Add the finely chopped onions to the pan and saut\u00e9 until they turn translucent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the minced garlic and slit green chilies. Saut\u00e9 for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell of garlic disappears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Add Spices:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Stir in the turmeric powder and red chili powder (if using). Mix well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cook the Moringa Leaves:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Add the moringa leaves to the pan. Stir well to combine with the spices and onions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted and tender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Season and Garnish:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Add salt to taste and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using, add the grated coconut and mix thoroughly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Transfer the Moringa Leaf Medley to a serving dish.
