Cook the Curry<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oil and butter in a pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add cumin seeds; let them splutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add chopped onions; saut\u00e9 till golden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add ginger-garlic paste; fry till raw smell disappears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and 1\u00bd tsp of the kadai masala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a splash of water if needed and cook for 2\u20133 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Add Veggies &amp; Paneer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Toss in the cubed capsicum; saut\u00e9 for 2\u20133 minutes (they should stay slightly crunchy).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add paneer cubes; gently stir to coat with masala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add \u00bc cup water (adjust consistency).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover and simmer for 3\u20134 minutes on low flame.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
