Stir-fry for 2\u20133 minutes \u2014 keep capsicum slightly crunchy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combine rice:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Add the cooked rice and garam masala.
