Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh grapes (red or green), halved
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1/4 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
- Additional mint leaves and grapes for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a sturdy glass, add the halved grapes, mint leaves, and sugar.
- Squeeze the juice from two lime wedges into the glass, then drop the wedges in as well.
- Muddle the grapes, mint, sugar, and lime together using a muddler or the back of a spoon. This will help release the flavors from the grapes and mint.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
